I could use this space to tell you about my being a proven executive, business owner, CEO and all that other blah, blah, blah but what I really want to tell you is how much I love coaching. I love every aspect of it. I love coaching and being coached. I love it because of what it has created in my life and in the lives of my coaching clients. If this is your first time exploring the idea of working with a coach it can be unnerving. I remember hiring my first coach back in 2000 when I was handed the reigns of my family’s manufacturing business. I wondered if I would be a “good coaching client,” whatever that means. I wondered if it would make a difference. I wondered if it was going to be worth the investment of time and money. So many unknowns. What I discovered in that first venture set the course for the rest of my professional life.  

I want to be really clear. I am an Executive Leadership Development Coach. Nearly all of my clients are business owners or executives. This is by design. I get them. I get them because I have walked in their shoes and lived with every known fear, doubt and insecurity that they confront. If you want to partner with me on a journey that has the potential to change your life, as like in forever, I would love to talk to you. I want to hear what keeps you up at night and wakes you up at 3:00 a.m. I want to be still with you. I want to meet you with questions, questions to uncover what needs to be uncovered, see what needs to be seen, and to support you as you move your business and life forward.  

Since 2000 I have coached several hundred business owners, CEOs, Presidents, Executive Directors and the senior executives that report to these leaders. I can picture each and every one of them. They are woven into the tapestry of my business and my life. 1:1 coaching at this level of conversation is intimate and intense. Intense in a way that is designed to serve you in whatever way serves you best. You may want to know what I mean by “best” but that is unknowable until we dive in. Dive into the process of slowing down to the speed of a fully present conversation. One conversation at a time.
