I have had the privilege of working 1:1 with business owners, CEOs, and executive leaders across various industries. Coaching is not just what I do—it’s what I love. It’s a transformative process that has changed my life and the lives of my clients. I understand the unique challenges executives face because I’ve lived them myself as a business owner and leader.

When I hired my first coach in 2000, I was stepping into a demanding role as the CEO in my family’s manufacturing business. Like many of my clients, I had doubts: Would coaching make a difference?  Would I be a “good” coaching client?  Would coaching be worth the investment? What I discovered was life-changing and set the course for my professional journey over the past 20+ years.

There is no worse feeling than to be stuck in your life or your business and knowing a new way of living life exists on the other side of being unstuck. Sometimes, as in almost always, the thing in your way is you. Most likely the thing that has you stuck is a habit, a routine, a belief, a story, or a thought.

I have been working with executives and the teams they lead for over 20 years. My work is designed to listen into your blindspots. To help you hear, see and discover breakthroughs to the other side. I know it is possible because I am you. I approach my work, and all of my conversations, understanding intimately what it feels like to be stuck and then set free. Free from habits, routines, patterns, beliefs, stories and thoughts that stand in the way of greatness.
